English Teaching Materials

I just had a meeting with Mark Rentz, the director of the American English and Culture Program at ASU, and he sent me away with some great materials to take to Cambodia. I have a few condensed literature books (Anne of Green Gables, King Kong, and Amistad) and about 4 books to help with English grammar, writing, reading, speaking, and listening. I am not sure how many more books I will be able to pack in my bags, but these are all small enough to bring with me! He also gave me some ASU pencils, enough for one per girl. I am going to try to get in touch with the director of the ASU bookstore to see if they might have something else small that I could bring with me. I think it will be nice to bring a small gift like that since gifts are such a huge part of Cambodian culture.

Also, I completed all of my health appointments and forms and just mailed my Fulbright health form off today (that is for Romania). Now, I just have to decide if I want to get the Japanese enchepalitis vaccine or not....
